Thomas Messina founded Compass Wealth Strategies in 2019. Being in the Financial Services industry since 2013, he focuses on building special relationships with the people he works with. Thomas takes pride in working side by side with every client to help them down the right path of their financial journey. He understands that every family and business is unique in their own ways. By getting to know his clients, their current situation and their long term goals, Thomas can confidently give his clients clear and honest guidance. His ethics and integrity are the cornerstone of his success.

Out of the office, Thomas can be found playing basketball or going for walks with his wife Julianne, their daughter Vienna and dog, Blue. He loves to travel the world, hoping to visit every continent. Thomas can be found singing at a concert or enjoying good food with family and friends.
